Low box with a rectangular shape made of crystal glass, cut with deep bevels forming a diagonal mesh. The resulting diagonal squares were decorated with a brilliant cut. The cover is made of brass, covered with silver (silver-plated), and hammered into fine, irregular indentations. Designed for storing brushes. England, 19th century. It comes from toilet set no. inv. S.897MŁ, S.895MŁ, S.896MŁ, S.894MŁ.
