Cookies

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, saved and stored in users' end devices (e.g. computers, telephones) in connection with the use of websites.

Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a randomly generated unique number used to identify the browser from which the website is connected. In many cases, web browsers allow cookies to be stored on your device by default. You can change your cookie settings yourself and at any time by specifying the conditions for their storage and access to your device by cookies. These changes can be made using the web browser settings.

For example:

  • in the Google Chrome browser, select "Options" from the menu on the right, then "Settings", then "Advanced" and from "Privacy and security" select "Content settings" and "Cookies",

  • in Mozilla Firefox, select "Options" from the menu and specify the level of privacy in the "Privacy and security" section or, while on a given page, right-click anywhere on the page and select "Show information about the page", then "Permissions "Or" Security ",

  • in Opera, select the menu item "Menu" and then "Settings", then "Advanced" and from "Privacy and security" select "Content settings" and "Cookie".

Remember that:

  • opting out of cookies will only apply to a specific browser. This means that the same actions will have to be taken for any other browser you use,

  • detailed information on managing cookies on a mobile phone or other mobile device can be found in the user manual or settings of the given mobile device,

  • restricting the use of certain cookies may affect the functions available on our website or prevent you from using the website completely.
