Storyboard for “My father, the tzadik, had a weird dream…”

Preliminary on flimsy paper, multiple elements enclosed. The sheet was attached to the adequate page when it entered the museum’s collection. At the bottom in the centre an outline of a figure (Ita) with two thick dots in place of eyes – otherwise empty. Multiple drafts around it, with mainly human figures. Bold, expressive line. The scene is not situated in the centre – but upper margine (1/3rd of the space) left empty. At this stage Dzierżawska already planned the captions.
