Popularization note
Round, creamy, faience bowl from the toilet service with a spout curled outwards, on a round foot. The edge of the vessel is gently fluted. Decorated inside with sunflower branches, the decoration is printed and painted in yellow, brown and green. Sunflowers also decorate the outer surface of the vessel. England, 19th century.
