Cup with a coat of arms The cup was probably made in Saxony in the 17th century. It is a clear glass cup, flat, polygonally polished. On the front, it is decorated with an escutcheon (coat of arms unrecognised) surmounted by a crown, with stars on the background, with panoplies, supported by a standing lion. Above, a ribbon with the inscription: Le C LIER DE CASTELLANAE (Le cavallier de Castellanae). There is a semicircular handle on the back of the cup, above it is a strip of floral ornament. At the bottom, there is a polished six-petalled flower. Barbara Trojnar
