Part of the collection: The correspondence of the Nieznanowski family
The correspondence card sent by the Nieznanowskis from Warsaw, signed by parents and uncle. Mother writes that she was supposed to send a parcel with underwear, but for the time being cannot, she will send it as soon as parcels are received. Father is doing his gas business. Mother promises to send the address of cousin Bluma in her next letter (which she did, see letter of 24 June 1940). In the second part of the card an addition by the uncle (spelling slightly modified): Dear Josek and Felek as you want to know how I am doing too, you can [imagine] in the saddlery it is poor so that we live with the hope that it will get better and if possible I would like to go to you.
