A lettering card on a watercolour paper, inscriptions mostly made with paint (to maintain uniformity with the inscriptions for the background of the boards). On the left, inscriptions for signs from Nalewki (board 4), in a frame, with a slightly coloured background; on the right, separated by a black line along the entire length of the card, lettering of sounds record. The card has black margins (applied with paint).
