Part of the collection: Photography
The presented photograph shows a fragment of the building of the Ossoliński National Institute in Lviv and the slope ofs Kalecza Mountain. The visible building is the former church of St. Agnes, which is part of the former convent of the Carmelite nuns. It gained its present shape after reconstruction in the years 1743-1744. To this day, the Ossolineum uses the image of the former church with a dome as the logo of the Ossoliński National Institute. The photograph comes from the collection of the Lubomirski princes from Przeworsk.
