A display case with doors in the front and back wall. The finial in the form of a boxed canopy, decorated with a moulded cornice and entablature on the top. The corners are decorated with brass pinnacles and busts passing into garlands of flowers. The base with moulded cornice is supported on four flat legs. The spring mechanism has a separate drive for the running function, the function of striking the quarter-hours and the hours, as well as a separate one for the carillon. The carillon consists of eight bells (two are missing) and sixteen hammers (one is missing) playing melodies coded on a brass shaft with steel pegs, as well as a pinwheel and centrifugal regulator. It uses an equalizing drum with Gall-type chains as a drive adjustment. The mechanism has a horizontal spindle winding with a short pendulum of the heavy type. The hours and half-hours are struck by a comb system with a pinwheel regulator. After striking the hours the carillon automatically starts playing a selected melody, simultaneously activating the hands of three figures playing the violin, bell and mandolin.
