The letter written by Dawid Zylbert to the Małkowski family on two sheets of checked paper. In the letter Dawid Zylbert refers to the ceremony of awarding a posthumous title of Righteous Among the Nations to Mieczysław Małkowski, which took place in the Israeli embassy in Warsaw. It was attended by Dawid and Szoszana Zylbert, and the award was received by Mieczysław's daughter, Ewa Małkowska-Bieniek.
