Photograph. Jerzy Antoni Potocki, 1920s. The photograph depicts Jerzy Antoni Potocki, a military man and diplomat (ambassador of the Second Polish Republic in Ankara and Washington) the younger son of the second ordinary of Łańcut, Roman Potocki and Elżbieta Radziwiłł, brother to the fourth ordinary, during a trip in the 1920s. Jerzy Potocki is wearing a dress jacket and hat, and is sitting on the stone ring of a well in a courtyard lined with large, rectangular stones. In the background there is a tree beside a partly visible column, with a figure of the Holy Mother, and a tall, stone wall. Aldona Cholewianka-Kruszyńska
