Together with the Wil.953 clock forms a pair of religieuse console clocks in a cabinet, three-sided glazed case, supported on four legs. The cabinet with a box-shaped top is set on a high pedestal tapering downwards, with a high plinth supported by four lion feet. The surface of the clock case and the console is covered with marquetry in premiere partie; the tortoise background is inlaid with brass and tin with a composition of regency motifs of flowered twigs, according to J. Berain’s model. The cabinet and pedestal are decorated with full-plastic brass figural sculptures and ornamental decorations, symbolising the four seasons of the year and the personification of prosperity.

The clock mechanism with spring drive, separate for the running mechanism, the half-hour and hour strike mechanism, as well as the quarter-hour strike mechanism. Spindle winding, short pendulum of light type with threaded pendant. Striking of the hours and half-hours on one bell, striking of the quarters in two tones with two hammers on two bells. Pinwheel strike regulator. Parisian type ratchet wheels, separate for striking half-hours and hours, separate for quarters of an hour. The clock with minute and hour hands. Round brass dial with enamelled plaques indicating hours in Roman numerals and minutes in Arabic numerals engraved on the edge of the dial. Hands openwork, steel, blue enamelled. In the central part of the dial face, three spring tension holes. The triangular enamel pendant with the Ene Lenoir signature has not survived. LE FI ls/A Paris.

A pair of marquetry console clocks of the religieuse type is part of the furnishings of the Wilanów Palace left by King August II Sas in 1733.
