Photograph of a group of eleven people in the snow
non post 1939
Museum of the history of Polish Jews
Part of the collection: Photographs from the collection of Halina Kamińska (Mamelok) née Baruch
The photograph of four men lying in the snow and one standing beside them. The photograph is on cardboard, with a wider margin on the right and rounded corners. Agnieszka Wróblewska, who donated the photograph to the Museum collection, knew nothing about the photographs in this series. They may have found their way into the collection of Halina Mamelok, née Baruch, as photographs from the collection of her mother Diana Baruch, née Wofson, which were souvenirs from her stay in the Tatra Mountains (see the photographs MPOLIN-A25.1.72, 73).
