Part of the collection: Photographs from the collection of Halina Kamińska (Mamelok) née Baruch
The portrait photograph of a boy, glued on cardboard, contour cut out; possible atelier company prints cut out. The left-hand boy rests on a birch fence, and his right hand rests on his knee in a gesture characteristic of a male pose; he is looking into the lens. It is difficult to make assumptions as to which member of the family this is. Ignacy Koral? His brother Antoni? Everything points to the fact that it was the boys' mother, Ewa Koral, née Wolfson, who cut out the children's photographs in such an unusual way, as evidenced by the preserved likeness of Halina and Maria Baruch sent to the address of her husband, Bolesław Koral (see MPOLIN-A25.1.10).
