The letter from Abraham Wasserman to Helena Tarasiewiczowa, who together with her family helped to save Wasserman's wife Miriam Kaczergińska, her son Aron and her brother Stanisław (Salomon). Wasserman upholds the invitation for the Tarasiewiczs to visit Israel, he also announces that he has not yet resigned from his trip to Warsaw. He reflects on the role of Poles in history.
