Museum of the history of Polish Jews
Part of the collection: Photographs from the collection of Halina Kamińska (Mamelok) née Baruch
The photograph of two women, Ewa Koralowa, dressed in dark clothing, and her sister Diana Barlińska (Baruchova), who wrote a letter on the back (the photograph developed as a postcard; the postmark has survived). Contents of the letter: Wednesday | You see Magdusia, what two field roses have grown in Truskavets! | Muma Ewa'. The address is given wittily and abbreviated (cards with only the name of the Mamelocks and a note on the name of the Society would undoubtedly arrive): The Mighty | Magdusia Mamelokowa | Zawiercie | Stock Society.
