Jerzy Rafał Lubomirski was born on 15 August 1887 in Przeworsk, and died on 19 December 1978 in Menton, France. He was the son of Andrzej Lubomirski, the last Ordynat of Przeworsk, and Eleonora, née Husarzewska.
