The paper document is folded into three parts. Its cover shows the employee's basic data (name, surname, date of birth and place of residence) and his photo. After unfolding, a table appears in which the following columns are entered: the place of employment, the day of commencement of work and the type of work performed. This time the headlines are not only in German, but also Polish and Russian. Here, however, the construction company A. and H. Rygol ”with its seat in Sanok at ul. Göring (Hermann Wilhelm) 1. The commencement date of employment is also September 30, 1941. In the type of employment box, only worker (German: Arbeiter) was entered. There are also stamps of the Labor Department in Drohobycz (German: Arbeitsamt Drohobycz) on the document. On the back of the card there is an additional instruction for the cardholder, also in three languages: German, Polish and Russian.
