Copper plate covered with white falangcai enamel type, referred to as Cantonese enamel in the famille rose color scheme. In the middle of the mirror there is a representation of the goddess – the Mother of the West – Xi Wangmu with a phoenix. On the reverse side there is a ruby-colored plate, the bottom is white with two peach fruits "the fruit of the Immortals". Tradition describes the queen as a former mountain spirit transformed into a beautiful woman. Her garden was overflowing with rare flowers, unusual birds and there grew - pantao - "flat peaches of immortality". The plate dates to the second half of the 19th century, China.
