The certificate on Emilia Leibel's inability to perform heavy physical work due to Basedow's disease (Graves-Basedow), i.e. thyroid dysfunction. The ttext is handwritten on a sheet of cut wrapping paper - a typical medium even for official and important certificates during the war in the USSR.
