20th century
Castle Museum in Łańcut
Part of the collection: photography
It is difficult to determine exactly when and on what occasion this photograph was taken. Most likely, it was a meeting on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the death of the poet Adam Mickiewicz or the 140th anniversary of his birth. According to the description, the meeting took place in Paris. At the first table, third from the right, is Prince Andrzej Lubomirski. Prince Lubomirski was not only an industrialist and the Ordynat of Przeworsk, but also a literary curator of the Ossoliński National Institute in Lviv. For this reason, he was invited to support and participate in important projects.
The photo comes from the album of the Lubomirski princes from Przeworsk
