Part of the collection: Zegary
A 19th-century standing grandfather clock, made of wood (veneered), in the Empire style with a pitched top, representing late Classicism. The clock is standing on lion's paws (4 pieces), characteristic of the style. Both the paws and the decorative elements on the clock are made of bronze. On the sides, there are two bronze handles imitating lion heads. The clock face is white and enamelled. The hands are steel and openwork. The clock has a single winding hole and is wound with a specially designed key, striking the full hours. The wooden material used is mahogany. Dimensions: height 39 cm, width 28 cm, depth 16 cm.
