Part of the collection: Correspondence from Emilia Endler Ratz
The letter from Halina Altman to Emilia and Martin Ratz in Russian, on four ruled sheets written on both sides. From the contents: Now how things stand with me. I left Gubacha, not really regretting it, the only thing that is hard is that I had to leave our girls. It is sad that we could not go with them. They are now left completely alone. On top of that, their mood is not very good. The name of the Russian town Krasnovishersk, where Halina Altman's father was staying at the time, appears in the text. See the description of the Altman family history in the note to letter MPOLIN-A8.1.3.
